I think the board need to immediately hold an extraordinary meeting and address the shareholders to specifically discuss the concerns. No curtains, no secrecy, clear transparency on
* what and where exactly the money went
* why was the company direction allowed to take course if it was known that a significant loss would occur and devalue shareholder value
* who is responsible for the above
* what happened with promised contracts and why the share holders were mislead
* what is the board immediately doing to address the above issues, and what is the long course of action
Furthermore, I have noticed on many occasions share price movements prior announcements ( I have pointed that out )
It is obvious that there is a significant leak in the company.

There is a need for greater transparency, reassurance, a plan, and those responsible for the failures and severe mismanagement to be held accountable.

I know we are a small drop in the EOS ocean, but if those holding significant share in this stock were to rally behind this. 5% from what I understand is needed and we could see the above occur. As I mentioned before, I do not think that we are alone in this perspective, we need a whale to weigh in and call the meeting.
