For what it is worth I have filed a complaint with ASIC just now in relation to price movements prior announcements, misleading statements, and the afr article tip off.
it was a 10 minute thing that you can all do on ASIC website.
They will not publish results or disclose any information about what they will or will not do, but it's in the system now.
