    That would mean they are issuing 20 million shares. If they had done this 2 months ago, they would have only needed to issue 10 million shares for the same funds. It means the stock is being diluted an extra 5% over what it would have been if they had done the CR earlier. In the grand scheme of things that's not the end of the world.
