If it's $3m then I am not really happy as such amount should have been raised during Q1 when I suggested to be done as insurance against falling markets and when SP was around 45c.

Now the damage is done and they really need to demonstrate additional value at TG, Ararat and other prospects. And for that they need to do meaningful drilling. To do that they need at least $6m.

The only reason why they would go with only $3m is that they actually can't attract decent interest from any party due everyone being scared.

It is what it is.. need to get through the next 6 months or until the FED pivots.
