So if the $2.5m covers the balance of property acquisition, then the $3m plus $1.5m SPP is for working capital and initial loan repayments?

I wonder who is providing the loan and at what conditions / rate? It won't be a mainstream bank.

Am seeing discussions on the web (from USA Bank economists) about potential for severe commodities price collapse if China goes even further down the gurgler so there may be risks there also.

Only have a small SVY exposure so am thankful for that.

The big players here must have their **** in a sling though.
