    I agree, can’t see why they wouldn’t wait a few more weeks to see if the SP bounced a little after eofy tax loss selling over.

    Perhaps no choice and they are desperate.

    re amount of CR I’d like to see it as low as possible, don’t have a problem doing another raise in 6 months when hopefully market conditions are better.
