Meanwhile, I'm thinking the halt should be lifted on Monday. These announcements must surely already be drafted and ready to go, just waiting on the gazetting to be formally announced before they can hit the send button. Can't see any reason why we would have to wait for Tuesday. Not that an extra day matters.
