Yes but there's an issue as to appropriate timing which goes to the financial capability of management. Wasn't long ago they were raising ('or rewarding supportive shareholders') with an option issue where they were sending refunds back to shareholders for over subscriptions at an exercised price of 10c.....probably double what this will be at.
