Small shareholders screwed again!!!
Why no retail shortfall book build ??? (ie Any proceeds achieved from the book build above the Application Price is be paid (less applicable taxes) on a pro rata basis to those eligible retail shareholders who did or could not not take up their entitlements in full or retail shareholders who were ineligible to participate in the Retail Offer.
Thanks for looking after us Kirsty as we will watch most new institutional shareholders take their easy money by dumping at any price over 52 cents as per usual (6mil sold already today @60c) AND while we watch a second wave in a couple of weeks time from the greedy underwriters getting another clip on the ticket when they place the retail shortfall at anything above 52cps (the difference really belongs to those small guys who couldn't participate)
