Question with the CR I need asnwers for are:
- If there is a farm out agreement in play? If yes then when and how good or bad is it?
- If there is not a farm out agreement in play then why would anyone invest further as PCL have no funds to complete 3D or drilling themsleves.
- Is the CR just to keep the minimul staff paid for another 12-18 months as there is noting more that PCL have that is as attractive as PEL87 and if this PEL has not already had an offer from those (4 majors) let in the data room then why would anyone else make an offer.
This CR raises more questions than answers...
