Even with maximum dilution would equate to $7m market cap.
However the target of EBITDA breakeven isn't really an inspiring one as an additional 20-30% in sales would have achieved that anyway, so not sure where they see their ceiling.
Also I'd question how much they are capital constrained as their business model is sales person based and Gerard said a while back they had scaled their sales team to achieve $20m in revenue.
