Apprently 1 for 2 @ 6.6c strike (29% premium to Last and 41% premium to TERP).
24 months' expiry
Company value @ exercise price would be $10.5m on expanded issued shares.
I guess it reflects the board's perception of the tightness of capital markets right now, and especially at the nano-cap end.... and I suspect that perception might be aligned with reality.
Unfortunately the cost of equity has been ratcheting up at a rate of knots over the past 6 months.
