You're probably right re MEU dropping to near CR price but regarding yr comment of your others being down 30% in last 2 months, it's not just companies who've done CRs that have been hammered. Oz Minerals, arguably the most stable, successful Cu/Au miner on ASX is down 26% ($23 to $17) over last 2 months. OZL had no CR and have done nothing specifically wrong other than have their commodity prices fall and their costs increase. It's the whole resources market atm unfortunately.

I have a broad portfolio of 23 ASX resource stocks and most have been similarly hammered over last 2 months. Silver lining is good buying atm if you have some spare cash and have an investment horizon beyond 12 months. Unfortunately I don't have very much of that atm but still managed to scrape some together to take part in CR today as it seems like a good deal. Good luck all holders ...
