    I can't imagine the board and management handing over
    1MC (AJM) for the sake of a dollar or two.

    Like us shareholders, we (especially management),have all done the hard yards just for someone
    with full pockets to just grab them.

    I believe there is more than money involved here with management.
    They have something to prove.

    As a laugh how would management go if PLS came knocking ?????????????????
