    Wording is very interesting, strategic investment and capital raising. I am hoping it means a company came knocking to invest and now with that the company is offering share holders similar opportunity.

    Seen this is the past and hopefully the investment is a higher price then current would see it sky rocket.

    IMHO only just a thought
