    I don't like the reading of this announcement....
    "Pending the status"....... i have a bad feeling about this, i hope i am wrong...but if this has anything to do with a cancellation or a Giovt grab of the lease, then this will drop like a lead balloon because it is all priced in.....eldrifta

    Cash only 1.3M with a 1.0M fully drawn loan facilityeek.png......ouch......
