The last investment consideration for me is the called Acquisition. Too many have been acquired in recent years. What they should focus on doing is integrating the different units and cutting costs.
What the acquisition brought about is that they actually stirred the muddy water to make it hard to gauge the performance of the company. They showed the growth of the acquired units but they didn't mention that definitely Akwa-worx had some hard time, otherwise the numbers don't sum up. They pretend to forget that Akwa-worx is their first acquision after De. men was listed in ASX.
They also mentioned in the September 2021 quarterly report that they invested into the build-up of an extended, nationwide sales organization in Australia. But the effort of the extended sales team is yet to been seen.
The company is a gem but the management should take the transparency serious. I hope they can compare the cash or revenues in a pre-acquisition and post-acquisition basis. Then investors can gauge each unit much better.
I still hold my shares but i don't like the muddy water i am in.
