If it is a CR, imagine how much a multi million dollar purchase would push up the price on the market.. it would be over 20c by the end.. so it makes sense that a CR price is around 15c or more or even 20c.
might be looking through rose coloured glasses but also don't think it would be 10c.
Also if it is an off market cap raise then that may change the economics slightly
