First of all was a need for suspending trading. It was already voluntarily suspended. Nearly !!
Even otherwise market maker was buying and selling to himself. There was barely any participants.

I hope and pray this company is getting acquired, not that these muppets are acquiring any other company. For Gods sake, SP has
tanked 80% and already struggling to hold even 75% discounted CR price. Go buying. As Stormer said where is $$ coming from.
Further dilution. Cant wait to see the details.

Hope it is not that they are buying some of the directors sisters husbands cousins company !!!!
Or another back alley deal to siphon off what ever $$ in the coffers.

Hope it is a legitimate, value accretive good acquisition.
