It didn't raise an eyebrow with me. It was more or less what I expected you would get if you were trying to quickly set up a lean (i.e. cost-effective) organisation that could get things underway reasonably efficiently and effectively. I think it will evolve over time to something more like what you might have been expecting @LD99.
