and given the commercial relationship with the govt joint venture in a jurisdiction where the govt themselves have the final say over things, what benefit would the cost of a palattial office suite have to the impression you implied upon an Off-take partner ? I would think what is most important to the off-take partner is getting access to the concentrate at a good price, and if that price has to include absorbed costs of palatial office suites, I can't see how they'd be interested in compensating for that.
