haha mate have you invested without knowing anything about cuba? wfh? haha. anyways, i'll fill you in. wifi isnt accessible like it is in the west. theres no nbn, the internet only became available to the public in like 2015. businesses like antilles need a special permit to use it. the vast majority of homes dont have any infrastructure for internet and they dont have 5g towers haha, might be 3g at best where towers do exist. which at those speeds its not ideal to be hotspotting from. and id say it would be restricted anyway of you did manage to hotspot.
