they are only spending about 1 million a quarter, so the CR is unexpected. The price will be very telling. Been waiting for some spare change to gobble up, thinking it would run hard before i could. Seems i will be timing it perfectly, post CR, pre PFS.
I do get the sense that the PFS was "delayed" in order to facilitate whom ever this CR partner is. It sounds like they've already struck a deal..... but at 30m MC? how much of a discount could they seriously offer without giving shares away for effectively free?
