Interesting that this is much earlier than the figures say it needed to be. Suggests to me that there is a large amount owing to suppliers and creditors in 60+ days. Quarterlies don't necessarily show this but the annual report does which is due within a month.
Looks like the CR may be under the listing price of 20c from Mar 2020 which makes its own statement. its a bitter pill for the acquired businesses which the founders still have stock in escrow. Not only has it devalued their agreed sale value at point of acquisition but now they are additionally being diluted at a very low price.
Im going to withdraw my buy recommendation under 17c until the CR price is published.
