Im speculating. Considering the 4C is for the June qtr, this DW announcement was only established recently so wouldn't prevent the 4C from being release(as it wasnt signed in June otherwise would have been announced)
The TH was strategically made on Thursday to delay 4C release otherwise they could have easily released in on time IMO
