I see terminated is not the best word to use moslty means it was ended early could be many reasons for that. It was plotted to go off in the opposite direction to 038.
They did this raising at what ever they could get as its for themselves the final payment of the cash component of that Anleck deal which is themselves and i dont think that is good.
I guess if they are assay that core it has something in it. But obviously nothing to write home about as why would they do this raising at such a discount.
