The last quarterly they had $3.536 million and they did say it was enough for 2.1 quarters from that date. If it was less than 2 quarters they were required to lodge an explanation what they planned to do to recitfy the shortfall.
I guess seeing as they never done that they figued all was in order how ever it could also explain why the hole 039 was terminated on the 1st of July
