Totally agree...regarding no support for another Capital Raise in Australia. They will have already sounded out the 'appetite of Australian Investment institutions an received 'the thumbs down'. To find some US Investment Institutions / investors are willing to buy into the LVT story, this has been in the Pipeline since say March. The US capital will drive a hard bargain (read 'major' dilution).
Ask your selves, do you have the appetite to 'stay the course' for as much as 5 years before there is a Liquidation Event, i.e. a NASDAQ listing. To continue to hold is a 'deep bottom drawer' exercise.
