There is zero similarity to LVT.

CFO’s resigning are huge red flags.
CFO resigning and pending delisting - I’m amazed how anyone believes this is remotely positive… The writing is on the wall.

Yes rhe CFO leaving right before announcement of delisting is my biggest concern.. He did go to another company straight away so it was not an unkowm resigmarion for rhe board but announcing delisting straightafter looks extremely bad..
