I think Karl and Peter are tired to explain every quarter something to shareholders. They just want their company to be in their hands. I would not be surprised if they just pay $0.06 per share to all shareholders and say good bye to all. Maybe the overhead to be listing on ASX is too much for such a small company. Maybe also because of ASX listing rules make a disadvantage in a high competitive environment. LVT has to share a lot of financial information which other companies can easily hide.
