@stephenccaSecond strike is when at AGM shareholders vote a no confidence vote (strike) in the Board and if they get 2 strikes in a row then the board has to leave.. They got 1 strike last year and %100 they where heading for a second strike this AGM..Im wondering now if the same rules apply to non public companies? I am assuming AGM is still conducted but can board get voted out with strikes?
