    Ive heard some US spacs where looking to enter LVT but valuation was to low.. Once LVT go private and valuation is based on finances and contracts then they will look to enter. Rumour has it LVT will look to raise capital in future for growth and acquisitions.
    Nasdaq listing is a while away.
    What is the likely chances that ASX reject the delisting request?
