i think the drive to delist is to avoid a second strike. This action, with no consultation or communication, shows beyond doubt that Karl cares nought for shareholders. Hopefully the delisting isn't approved and management is replaced. Ultimately if this gets delisted, current shares will be worth nothing. Even if LVT subsequently rises like a phoneix from the ashes, existing holders will be diluted to nothing. Hopefully now that Karl has so blatantly shown he wants to give shareholders nothing then he will surely be removed - if the delisting is not successful.
