I am not a fan of these guys, but to say they are delisting to avoid a second strike is just silly.
Considering the MC is so low to the ARR i can see them trying to do an MBO (screwing over the long suffering shareholders even more). Try hook and crook to get the ARR over $100M, i would guess with raising and acquisition spree, then rebrand and relist elsewhere.
