Haven't posted on any stock for a long time. My investment in LVT was once significant to me, but I have the misfortune of not listening to my own advice. A few thoughts in no particular order:

1. CFO exit with no notice suggests he could see the ship sailing in to worse weather;
2. Request to delist is not a positive;
3. NASDAQ listing is a fantasy;
4. 'Grow...Vision and Direction' are not words that spring to mind when I think of the leadership;
5. Price appreciation on delisting - see point 3;
