What I've read is it needs to have 75m valuation, and priced at $1 minimum. So they can easily do this by doing a share consolidation. They will need to have 15m shares minimum in free float. Can't see why LVT can't do this. Once delisted the value should rise then just offer a share consolidation and bring it in line with what is needed.
