i'd be very surprised if they raise anywhere near $10 million, have a look at the capital structure, already a hummungus 2.8 BILLION SHARES ON ISSUE ......so we have a Market Cap at the present time of $182 MILLION....you have got to be kidding right...how on earth can this justify a Market Cap of $182 MILLION......just insane IMO....so over valued IMO
