this is a very good time to do a C/R im serious, because with % rates starting to rise, and the financial system very vulnerable to any shock or black swan event, locking in a C/R now whilst money is still cheap and readily available was a good move, in a few months you never know what will happen if the FED keep raising % rates , it might be harder to borrow money especially for an explorer, so well done DT and the team, i wonder how long this $10million will last them for? hopefully at least 1-2 yrs. hopefully the next C/R after this one is when DRE is well north of 10c, the more they find and convert to maiden resource, the higher any potential T/O will eventually be.
