Its a 1 for 4 entitlement offer:

The joint lead managers were calling for placement bids by 4pm Monday, and the entitlement offer would open on August 11.
The raise is 5.75million. Approximately 750k underwritten and 250k by the board, leaving 4.75million open for retail investors at 5 cents.
It looks like they won't be profitable until the report that is released this time next year (targeting EBITDA in the green for 2nd half of FY23).
