The direction of the board in correlation with the SP, people don't have too much faith at the moment.
A "Material CR" is just a fancy way of saying , 'it's vital for the direction of the company'. There's no direct meaning behind it .
Hope im proven wrong, but unless this is some substantial news, it's leaving many with a sour taste in their mouth
