As a material CR, it is most likely a large buy-in or they want to sell a large parcel. I'm pretty sure there is a limit to what they can sell. Would rather have a buy-in as I'm more than unhappy with this new board. There is no transparency or communication and they have done nothing to support the company value or SH. I have no trust in this current board. Won't even answer my emails which is never a good sign. Bring back the previous board!
