I hope your perspective regarding the word "material" proves correct. if not I will absolutely be giving the board a spray. i spent the morning looking for definitions of "material capital raise" in asx rules but couldnt find much. Im not a lawyer but If anyone is and can expand on what it means id love to hear your thoughts
