I hope the stock goes to $1 for holders but some of these announcements that use words like "significant, abundant, outstanding, exciting, delighted" might be expressing delight in the capital raise. Have seen that a lot then investors compare a particular stock with another that went from 5c to $1 in 12 months. You just have to be careful with how much cash you allocate and have stop losses for these kind of stocks.
