lets be honest here. when the managing director is tweeting how amazing things are looking to his shareholder one would expect this raising to be in the form of a fully underwritten SPP?
I am simply interested to see what he has planned with this funding deal because he was heavily involved with a fully underwritten SPP in a company i am involved with, and I am very much unhappy with how it all unfolded, to say the least.. lets see what he is offering his shareholders here.
be interesting to see if Canaccord Taylor or Morrisons are involved.
