All cheer the dilution....no one seems to factor that in. More stock on issue = less per share on market, unless some substantive news is accompanying this "private placement", its same ol same ol MSB. Left field might be the current finance arrangements are re negoiated into stock and wiped away, but guessing only.
Got to give it to the main man , hes a great $$$ finder.
