Raising capital, while they are in a capital intensive R&D phase is about the most important thing the company needs to be able to to.
The alternative is
No cash = No trial results
No trial results = No product approval
No product approval = Bankruptcy
Bankruptcy = shareholders loose everything
Capital raising is a necessity as a start-up. MSB are experts at this. We will get there in the end, and revolutionize medicine.
