The wording is similar to the trading halt announcement 26/2/21 for the SurgCenter placement:
"...in relation to a proposed private placement to a targeted industry investor."
Expecting something along those lines with extremely healthy options and not a partnership. SurgCentre got in at $2.30 with $2.88 options. The auditor was an issue back then and is likely an issue now.
I'm still extremely bullish on the blast.
