A Private Placement or CR means someone wants to invest. That is good news. Who would invest without a wink and nudge of good news pending.....
It maybe a previous organisation strengthening their position or leveraging down attempting to get out..... that is unlikely.
The VWAP will determining the price. Maybe in the high .70c's early .80c's.
Only my thoughts. I have added MSB at 0.70c up to $5.00. The roller-coaster is real.
