I wrote last week that I was expecting a cap raise. I don't know if this counts as one. HOWEVER, the main thing is that whatever this is will stretch the cash runway. I believe in the tech, what the company needs is time. Whatever this is, it sounds like it will be 'fully subscribed', albeit by one placement/investor, so there will be a cash injection. If this stretches the runway by 6-12 months, this will give it plenty of time for the resubmission, possible approval, and time to scale up commercial side of things. Either way, if you're a believer, this next 6-12 months, in my opinion, could be company making.
