It would also likely be worse for the SP if it included an SPP for retail, as that tends to drag out for weeks.

Sophs and instos can have it all locked away in a day or two, and then market can move on.

Now big question is the price. If they were approached, (which seems the likely give current cash on hand) what terms could they dictate?
Could even be mid 3s. (hopefully with only a very small inclusion of CNJO too)
